National & international activities:
- The International Partnership for Health Informatics Education (IPHIE) aims to promote education through international collaboration of graduate and undergraduate training programs in Biomedical and Health Informatics. IPHIE currently consists of the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands), University of Heidelberg/ Technische Fachhochscule Heilbronn (Germany), University of Minnesota (US), University of Utah (US), University for Health Informatics and Technology (Austria), and our BHI program at the University of Washington. Activities include yearly Master Classes, workshops on International Medical Informatics Congresses and active exchange of both students and faculty among IPHIE partner universities.
